Responsibilities:

• Perform OMT, joint injections, and hands-on patient care
• Educate patients on wellness and preventative care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain detailed EHR records (Epic preferred)

Qualifications:

• DO degree from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Eligible in Osteopathic Medicine
• Experience in OMT, patient care, and pain management
